Hi, I’m Taylor — lifestyle creator, content strategist, and blogger who’s been sharing life online since 2013.

What started as a blog about celiac disease and Spartan Races has evolved into something a little messier and a lot more real: stories about neurodivergence, soft girl seasons, heartbreak, identity, and figuring it all out in public.
